Find the right way to request deletion of an account associated with a One Pound Apps product.
How to request help
If your app includes an account deletion option, use that option for the most direct route. If you can't access your account or need support, email support@onepoundapps.com and include the relevant app's name and the account email address. Do not send passwords or government ID documents by email.
Different apps, different data
Each product can have different records and retention rules. Refer to its own privacy notice for what is deleted, what may need to be retained and how deletion requests are processed.
This general company page is not a substitute for a product-specific account deletion policy. Product-specific links should be retained if already supplied to an app store.
